A leading, Legal 500 firm in Ipswich is looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor/Partner into their prestigious team, as part of a succession plan.
 
This opportunity would suit a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor aspiring to become a Partner, or an existing Partner who wants a new and exciting challenge. You must have a solid background dealing with quality corporate commercial matters and acting on behalf of a wide range of business clients, from large companies and professional partnerships, to sole traders and small family run businesses.
 
The firm's Corporate Commercial department is Legal 500 recommended in its own right and covers a wide range of work, including mergers and acquisitions, director and shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts and transactions. Alongside handling your own caseload, you will have managerial duties and play an active part in decision making across the firm.
 
Although the firm has extremely well-built existing client relationships, you will be expected to take part in business development and marketing activities, so you must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
