Corporate Partner – Cardiff

The role:

Based in their Cardiff office, you will be working with colleagues locally and nationally for a wide range of clients including many private companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity funding and general corporate structuring work. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in bigger deals acting for large national or international businesses. As a national corporate practice there is a good level of interaction and team working between our offices providing additional opportunities to develop your skills and experience.

You will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow our already well regarded practice.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.

About you:

As a senior corporate lawyer you will have played a lead role in larger more complex deals. You will have built a solid foundation in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and a potential rainmaker.

Beyond your technical skills, you will have developed strong client management skills and have a strong interest in business development. Importantly, you will also be a genuine team player, looking to support others and share ideas and opportunities for the benefit of the team as a whole, enjoying and benefiting from the resulting success along with your colleagues.
