Local Authority Housing Litigation Vacancy
Our client, a busy South West London-based Local Authority is looking to secure an experienced Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their team.
On a day to day basis, you will be working within the relatively large housing team and assisting the Council with housing litigation matters. The areas of work that you will be covering include housing disrepair, unauthorised occupancy and repossession cases.
The post is a 3 month ongoing contract and will be a good opportunity to gain experience in a large Loucal Authority team carrying out a large range of work.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor, barrister or FILEX
- Have previous experience dealing with housing litigation matters
- Ideally have previous Local Authority experience
- Be able to conduct advocacy
