Due to an impending retirement an opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Com Prop Associate with a good following who wants to join a boutique firm which prides itself on its high caliber of service to take the reins of the commercial department and run with them. The job offers an opportunity to showcase your business development and marketing/sales skills to promote all aspects of the private client work the client is very highly regarded for.

The package would be tailored to meet your needs if you can present your business case to the equity partners for your value. The ideal candidate would also have management experience and have a plan for the personal development of the members of their department. Currently the department has 1 partner due to retire and 2 further fee earners.
