Commercial Litigation Solicitor

You will be joining one of the largest North West litigation teams outside Manchester who work hard, but also take advantage of the availability of the work/ life balance on offer.

The Head of Litigation is keen to hear from solicitors from around 5 years PQE (with flexibility) with a strong commercial litigation background. Key areas of litigation work will include insolvency, ADR, mediation/ arbitration, landlord and tenant disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, injunctions and restrictive covenants.

To be considered for this commercial litigation solicitor position you will have the following experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes;

- Qualified Solicitor with significant commercial litigation experience
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Experienced and proficient in the use of case management systems
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative
