Job Details

Junior solicitor of NQ-2PQE required for this large well regarded Scottish law firm. Advising on both property litigation and contentious construction matters you will be well looked after working in a tight knit team. The role will involve acting for a broad client base of public and private sector clients, including housebuilders, private residential landlords, contractors etc on a wide range of property dispute work including property contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues including lease interpretation issues and dilapidations disputes; and property title disputes such as applications to the Lands Tribunal for Scotland for variation and/or discharge of Title conditions. The team has a niche expertise in telecoms property disputes. Salary given as a guide only will be dependant on experience to date.
