Senior Counsel - Anti-Bribery and Corruption


Our client, an international FTSE company is looking for an Anti-Bribery and Corruption specialist initially on a 3 month contract. The role will involve providing advice on all areas of anti-bribery and corruption laws, promoting awareness and compliance of the businesses policies and procedures.


The Senior Counsel will provide advice on the UK Bribery Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practice Act as well as areas of corporate crime. As such, significant experience of ABAC law is necessary ideally within a business of equal size. You will also be involved with developing and promoting internal policies and ensuring they remain compliant, and supporting implementation of said policies with respect to third party dealings.



This is a Senior role and you will be expected to have at least 8 years experience of practicing as a lawyer, with experience both in private practice and in house.
