A leading Tier 1 practice in the City of London are recruiting a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-6 years PQE to bolster their market leading team of disputes lawyers.

The Role

Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-6 years PQE to join their prestigious London office and leading disputes practice.

The high-ranking department has a track record for advising clients on their most complex and difficult disputes and have over the years acted on many of the largest cases in the courts and tribunals.

They handle all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration and are highly respected among their peers. In addition to the firm's own clients, they are frequently referred work by top international law firms when they are faced with conflict situations.

The department handles a range of high value, complex disputes across a vast range of sectors and disciplines, therefore there is no risk of being pigeon holed and the experience you will get in this role will be valuable to developing your career.

Requirements:

• Excellent academic achievement with minimum 2:1 degree.
• 3 - 6 years PQE in a comparable London City practice.
• Solid depth of understanding and expertise in Commercial Litigation matters.
• The ability to handle specialist, complex cross border disputes in a range of different industry sectors
• Willing to support business development activity
• Strong Client Relationship skills

This will be a hands-on role where you will get excellent client exposure and the training and development you will receive will put you ahead of your years of PQE.
