A very well established firm with an excellent reputation as you would expect from one of the south's leading commercially orientated law firms. They have set a precedent on delivering first-class advice and ensuring a successful client outcomes with a friendly and client-focused approach. The Commercial Property team has a proven track record of success and are looking to add further experience due to continued growth at their Chandlers Ford office.

The position would suit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who will be able to act immediately upon an existing caseload consisting of a wide range of clients involving a breadth of transactions such as the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property, with the potential for involvement in development related matters. As already stated this an established team who succeed due to their excellent technical knowledge and negotiating skills, they deal with all types of commercial property including offices, retail, leisure and licensed premises.

You should be the type of solicitor who takes a hands on approach and motivated to actively contribute and enable further growth of the department, you will have a client focused yet commercial outlook and identify opportunities to build strong working relationships with clients, brokers and the wider business community. You will will also benefit form the support and work closely with the firm's business development team in developing relationships through various meetings, presentations and corporate events. The team welcome forward thinking individuals with good commercial acumen and experience in business development activity.
