Job Details
My client, a top 200 law firm with offices in Surrey and London are currently looking for Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Surrey office.
The team work closely with clients across London and the South East including individual property owners and investors, developers, lenders and land owners.
You will be responsible for advising and supporting on all Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Secured Lending and Acquisitions and Sales. You will also be involved in business development.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE experience working within Commercial Property.
