Job Details
Established Private Practice law firm Berkshire based law firm specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property, and Inheritance Protection.
The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years PQE to pick up an existing mixed caseload of Corporate, Company & Commercial law matters.
The work is largely retained work from the firms' long-standing clients together with some internally referred business from the Commercial Contracts and Commercial Property Departments.
Work will include dealing with and advising on:
- Starting and Funding a Business
- Corporate Restructuring matters
- Mergers and Acquisitions and the buying of or selling a business
- Terms & Conditions
- Company Secretary
- Drafting Shareholder and Partnership Agreements
- Drafting Commercial Agreements
- Drafting Commercial Leases
