A modern, forward thinking law firm, with continued growth plans, is seeking an experienced RTA Solicitor to join them in Manchester.
 
As the RTA Solicitor, you will be joining a dedicated RTA team where you will be responsible for your own caseload of pre and post litigated RTA matters (mainly fast-track with some higher value multi-track files, depending on your experience). 
 
As much of your caseload will be litigated RTA files that have fallen out of the MOJ portal, you will progress them throughout litigation to trial or earlier settlement. Therefore, it is essential that you can demonstrate strong litigation experience and have previous experience of managing your own caseload of Litigated RTA claims.
 
You will be joining a firm that offers real career progression in the longer term and you will deal with high-quality work which is purely generated by direct marketing and business development. You must be a qualified RTA Solicitor with at least 12 months experience in handling your own litigated caseload within a claimant RTA environment. You will have current knowledge of the CPR and be used to issuing proceedings.
