An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading regional firm in Newcastle upone Tyne. The firm has strong market presence in the region and an excellent reputation for its Corporate work.
What sets this role apart is the approach the firm takes although it is a leading private practice firm, they pride themselves on providing a more relaxed working environment similar to that of an in-house practice.
The firm has an impressive client portfolio consisting of small companies right through to international clients. The work itself is very broad ranging and will include advising on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, sale purchases and finance matters.
Our client is ideally looking for a Corporate Solicitor with strong technical experience as well as the ability to adapt their skills to work with both small and large clients. It is also worth noting that the candidate would be working under a team target rather than an individual target, further emphasising the relaxed working environment within the firm.
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have around 2 - 10 years PQE. However, this is simply given as a guide and our client is happy to accept applications from candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience to step into this role.
