Job Details
An award-winning firm with a longstanding reputation for quality has an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a large, supportive team in Newcastle City Centre.
Our client is a Legal-500 firm with an excellent reputation across the region and is quickly becoming a strong player in the national market.
In this role you will hit the ground running with your own caseload as well as assisting other senior members of the team on a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, transfer of equity, first registrations, equity release and much more.
There will also be support on offer, meaning you will have all the resources you need to succeed in the role, regardless of level.
Our client will consider candidates with 2+ years' PQE, however this level of experience is purely given as a guideline and candidates with more experience will be considered for the role. They do need a solicitor who is willing to be pro-active and enthusiastic about this opportunity, fully taking on board the training that is offered and wanting to progress in the role.
