A great opportunity has arisen to join a multi-site law firm with a great reputation in the Lincolnshire market as an Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive.
My client seeks a junior to mid-level Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy North Lincolnshire office.
The successful candidate can expect to join a commercial yet friendly law firm who are dedicated to supporting and nurturing talent. Your clients will be a mix of businesses and individuals on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Files might include drafting health and safety manuals, general employment manuals, advising on discipline and grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and discrimination matters.
My client is forward thinking and commercially minded. They invest in business development and marketing initiatives and welcome applications from candidates who have particular expertise in this area.
To be considered you will ideally have at least 1 years of PQE in employment. Those at NQ level may be considered if they feel they have had particularly strong training.
