A long established and highly regarded regional firm based in Oxfordshire seek an experienced Solicitor or CILEX to join their established Private Client Team.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Department and will manage an existing caseload of high quality private client matters to include wills and probate, Court of Protection, lasting and enduring powers of attorney, Tax and Trusts and elderly client issues.

Alongside this, you will be supported and encouraged to facilitate growth in your caseload and you will be given the autonomy to develop new business and clients how you see fit.

The firm will provide a friendly and supportive working environment and as part of their succession planning, they will create a platform to develop professionally and will provide opportunities for long term career progression.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising private client specialist with a minimum of two years PQE. Applications are open to candidates at, or above this level.
