A leading L500 multi-office firm seek an experienced Solicitor to join their growing private client team in Northamptonshire. This is an opportunity for a senior level Solicitor to lead at the forefront of an established and already highly regarded team.

This position encompasses a healthy mix of fee earning, business development and team supervision and will provide scope to mould and grow the department. You will work closely with the Head of Department to devise strategy and supervise junior members of the team with the aim of facilitating growth within the department.

The department has an existing stream of business from a broad range of clients to HNW individuals and business owners with large estates. As such the workload will encompass a broad range of high quality and often high value/complex private client matters to include tax and trusts, estate planning, complex and simple wills and probate.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with experience commensurate to that of 3 years PQE. You will have a proven background in managing a broad range of private client matters and will demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to delegate and supervise effectively.

The salary on offer is dependent on previous experience and will be in the region of £50,000 plus benefits to include private health care. Each applicant will be considered on their own merits and candidates with higher salary expectations are invited to apply to discuss their requirements.
