The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Paralegal into their City of London office.

The Corporate team handles high value work in: mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), takeovers, private equity, venture capital, debt and equity issues, fund formation, corporate reorganization, corporate governance and company secretarial.

You will have a hands on role, assisting some of the best Solicitors in London, and have a client facing role with good chances for progression.
