Commercial Property Solicitor
Excellent Partnership Prospects– £60k to £70k DOE – Solihull
Thriving practice seeks to appoint a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor as part of their succession planning. This position would be ideally suited to a Solicitor with over eight years PQE who is seeking partnership in the next couple of years.
You will join the firm in a senior capacity and play a key role in the management of the firm. Using the firm's client relationships as a solid foundation, you will build upon the existing caseload and develop new business. The work will be varied but will focus on commercial conveyancing and landlord and tenant work.
The firm is well established with strong local ties and a loyal client base. They have worked hard to cultivate a collegiate atmosphere and allow their staff to maintain a healthy work life balance.
A salary of £60,000 to £70,000 is on offer, dependent on experience.
