The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Banking/Finance Paralegal for their flourishing, Legal 500 Banking and Finance department in Guildford.

The Banking and Finance department deals with industry leading work across project finance, acquisition finance, banking and finance litigation, asset finance and lending, derivatives and risk management, real estate finance and much more.

They act on deals from major debt transactions to smaller value loans from SMEs, working closely with the corporate team and restructuring and insolvency team.

You will have a hands-on role in a supportive, friendly and extremely successful environment.

You must have Banking and Finance experience, the firm are looking for someone to hit the ground running. Training Contracts could be on the line for Paralegals that impress the firm.
