This long established and ambitious firm based in South East London has the opportunity for you.
Our client has been trading for over 150 years, has an excellent reputation, and offers a wide range of services to the businesses and individuals in the local community.
Due to expansion, an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor has arisen to support the existing team as they seek to expand the team further.
The ideal Employment Solicitor candidate will:
- Have at least 4 years' recent experience handling respondent matters for commercial businesses
- Be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience in this field
- Be a confident practitioner, able to handle contentious and non-contentious employment files
- Employment contracts and advice
- Policies, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructuring and redundancies
- Tribunal cases and possibly High Court litigation
