I'm working with a long-standing client who is looking to recruit a Conveyancer to join their existing property team at their Solihull office. The role would suit a fee earner who is either junior qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX or non-qualified with the capacity to manage a caseload of sales, purchase, and remortgage work.
 
The firm is a busy and well regarded West Midlands practice that has widened its network of offices in recent years and now numbers several branch offices.

They offer a mix of commercial and private client services and are noted for the general quality of work that they undertake across their specialisms. Within their property department, a large proportion of the work is locally referred or repeat sales and purchase work, though they do also undertake some panel work from large national providers.
 
The role would best suit a fee earner who has sufficient experience and technical abilities to manage a caseload concerning the sales, purchase, remortgage, and equity transfers of freehold and leasehold properties. There is full support, however, the expectation for the role is that you will be able to manage your caseload largely unsupervised.
