Company Secretarial Executive Job in Bath - Part time
Your new role
This leading international business have a stellar reputation for their work and for being an employer of choice in the South West. They are currently recruiting for a Company Secretarial Executive or Corporate/Commercial lawyer to support the Company Secretary /General Counsel on a part-time, 3 day a week basis. You will handle a broad mix of high quality work covering company law, commercial contracts, employment, data protection and all things compliance related.
Acting as the primary point of contact for members of the bids team, you will provide general company secretarial administrative support including drafting board resolutions and other legal documents, administering and instructing external notarial and legalisation services required for company documents for use in foreign jurisdictions and undertaking contract reviews and commercial negotiations aimed at minimising business risk.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor, ICSA graduate or possess equivalent legal qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable legal/company secretarial role. You will have experience of drafting contracts and strong commercial negotiation skills and will be able to work autonomously and use your initiative to be pro-active in giving advice, whilst prioritising your workload and maintaining strong attention to detail.
