In-House Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Bath - Flexible Working
Your new role
A rare opportunity has arisen at this reputable business based in Bath; this is an excellent role for a commercial lawyer looking for a new challenge. This is a new job which has come about due to growth and is being offered on a flexible basis of 2-3 days a week, with the possibility for some home working. This is a key role for the business; you will be drafting, negotiating and amending a variety of commercial contracts and liaising with stakeholders at all levels. What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with experience of Commercial Contracts, however candidates from all disciplines will be considered. It is critical that you have outstanding communication skills and enjoy working with different people, with the ability to build relationships quickly and excellent negotiation skills in order to manage varied stakeholders and customers. This is not an exhaustive list, and you may have additional skills or knowledge that you can bring to the role.
