This opportunity is with a well established Legal 200 firm with several offices across Surrey and London, this role will be to based in the Reigate office and they are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum 2 years post qualification. 
 
The commercial property department in this office has nurtured their clients over several decades by offering quality, personal partner contact making them one of the strongest in the area.
The position will see you will manage a caseload of transactional real estate matters and support 2 excellent, technically strong Partners when necessary. 
 
Clients they act for range from; large corporations to medium to small size private companies, private investors, property developers, landowners, pension funds, and banks.

Providing legal advice on a full range of non-contentious commercial property matters; landlord and tenant, commercial leases, planning, property development, acquisitions and disposals of unincorporated businesses and investment property, and secured commercial lending.
