Top tier rated Property department offering a mix of high quality work now have an exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (or equivelant) to join their growing department and progress their career within the sector.
The Role
- You will be a Qualified Solicitor (or equivelant) with sector knowledge.
- You will be assisting on a range of commercial property matters including strategic development projects for local/national developers for residential and commercial use schemes, secured lending work on behalf of a range of lender clients, and landlord and tenant issues for investment property companies.
