Job Details
My client is a leading Legal 100 law firm that has a highly respected and experienced IP team that advise a wide range of blue chip technology, manufacturing, life sciences, and retail companies on all aspects of the exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
Due to growth my client is looking to develop their IP team further and have an open opportunity for a Senior Associate. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of high profile clients across a number of different sectors, including manufacturing, technology, life sciences, financial services, and retail.
This is a firm that can offer you an interesting and varied workload within a highly supportive, relaxed, and friendly environment.
The role:
- Enforcement of soft IP rights
- Soft IP advisory work
- IP Disputes
- Working with team members nationally and internationally
- Business development
- Client focused
- 7+ years PQE
- Commercially aware
- Technically excellent
- Experienced in business development
- Experience gained in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading IP practice
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisation skills
