Our client is an award winning full service national law firm. Known for it's commercial approach with a number of sector focus areas, they retain a friendly and approachable feel whilst being a leading practice.

Your new role
Joining the highly successful and well established employment team in Bristol, you will provide a wide range of employment advice which will include tribunal claims, TUPE transfers, dismissals, reorganisations etc. the clients will range from well known commercial business to education and public sector clients.

This will be a varied and interesting role and you will have the chance to develop your employment career from a very junior level with a supportive and experienced specialist employment team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor or trainee solicitor approaching qualification with experience of employment law matters. As a varied role, you should enjoy conducting both contentious and non-contentious matters including advocacy when required.

The ability to develop strong and lasting client relationships will be essential as well as strong academics, a good training and a genuine interest in employment law matters.
