The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join this market leading law firm based in Lincoln, however there is the option to work from any of the other offices in the East Midlands.

The firm has one of the most well-respected Employment teams across the Midlands. They often have fee earners based internally on secondments giving them an unrivalled working relationship with a very exciting client base.

This role would prove to be an excellent role for a candidate seeking more responsibility and progression. You will work closely with industry leading Partners on a wide range of issues, ranging from dealing with respondents and senior executives, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.

The Requirements

  • 3 Years + PQE in Employment Law matters (no upper limit on experience)
  • You will work very well in a friendly and results driven team
  • You will be ambitious and wanting to progress
  • Salary is very competitive
