Private Client Solicitor

A leading legal firm based in the North West has a position available for a Private Client Solicitor at their Chester office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join a leading legal practice within a well regarded Private Client team who amongst them boast a wealth of experience. The team deal with a range of business owners and other individuals.

You will be dealing with an excellent quality of work to include wills and probate, trusts, inheritance tax, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning.

You will ideally have between 1-3 year PQE working with Private Client matters. You should have experience in advising high net worth individuals, including business owners, excellent working knowledge of inheritance tax and be comfortable advising on, and drafting, Wills incorporating trusts. You should also be familiar with Lasting Powers of Attorney, including business Lasting Powers of Attorney.
