The Role

They require a talented litigator to join their thriving commercial litigation team.

The successful candidate must have between 1 - 3 years PQE, and be able to run their own busy case load, along with assisting on some of our highly complex cases.

This includes Professional Negligence, Director & Shareholder Disputes, Partnership Disputes, Construction Disputes, Contract Disputes, Contentious Wills & Probate, Injunctions, Landlord & Tenant Disputes and Defamation.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial and Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
• Support partners in business development activities
• Working in teams on bigger, more complex cases
• Take ownership for a stream of work on bigger cases
• Salary is dependent on PQE, excellent career development and benefits package
