The Role

The firm are currently require to a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team in Nottingham. The desirable range of experience is 1-4 years PQE or the equivalent in the case of a qualified Legal Executive.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the following-

  • Commercial lease renewals;
  • Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and associated notices and procedures;
  • Breach of covenant and title;
  • Boundary and general commercial property disputes;
  • Dilapidations claims; and
  • Rent review and service charge disputes.
