An excellent 100+ Partner law firm based in the City of London are currently seeking a Real Estate Solicitor. This firm acts nationally and internationally with some of the largest developers in the World. The firm has expertise in both the commercial property and social housing fields for clients as disparate as developers, pension funds, private clients, public sector bodies and registered Social Landlord.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Acquisitions and Development Solicitor to join this leading international firm based in their City of London office.
This firm have very well known in the market place and offer fantastic career progression and opportunities for development. You will be joining a department of over 50 working out of the City of London office. You will be working with one of the most desired client portfolios in the industry.
You will specialise in site acquisition and as development projects as well as advising on a full range of property related issues in relation to social housing to private developers.
The role will include assisting a partner with as well as managing more junior members of the team including experienced Paralegals. This role would offer a good stepping stone for a Solicitor looking for more responsibility or may be a good move for someone looking to move to a larger department.
You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE with experience of site acquisitions and development. You have good experience of managing your own caseload. If you have team management experience, then this is to advantage but not essential.
