The role
Looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support the Residential Property team at the Leatherhead office on a full-time basis.


You will be a secretary with experience working closely alongside Partners, in busy departments. Your duties will involve; Diary planning, booking meetings, client engagement, transcribing, and any required ad-hoc responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Residential Property matters.
With view of a more legal focus the ideal candidate would have experience handling Land Registry and HMRC filing forms.

Requirements

  • Residential Property background for at least 2 years
  • A professional approach to clients
  • Advanced IT and typing skills
  • Have the ability to work to deadlines by prioritising own workload effectively
