Residential Conveyancer - Non-Private Practice Role

Watford, Hertfordshire

Permanent

One of the country's largest providers of Residential Conveyancing services is continuing its expansion following on from an extremely successful previous few years and has now rolled out a new and innovative way of working with its clients meaning that the firm is now seeking to appoint an experienced residential property practitioner to be based in Watford.

This award-winning firm is a multi-sited national practice that undertakes a huge amount of instructions from an extremely broad client base. As a consequence of growth, the practice is seeking an experienced residential property practitioner in a somewhat unique capacity as you will actually be based at one of the firms' clients' offices as opposed to be working in one of the firms' offices in a traditional conveyancing role.

You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and you will have experience of handling a broad remit of residential conveyancing matters to includes sales and purchases, registered and unregistered land, leasehold and freehold matters and you will also be proficient in undertaking title checking. The firm is open to speaking with both qualified and non-qualified practitioners as long as you are able to demonstrate the requisite experience of being able to deal with conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.

Where this role differs to others is that you will be a representative of the firm who is based full-time at the clients' office so you will have the chance to forge strong client relationships as well as be able to pass on your expertise to clients on day to day enquiries. In addition, you will also be able to engage with the public so this role really would suit someone with excellent communication and inter-personal skills who is wanting something a bit different from the norm.

Just because you will be working remotely does not mean that you will not be an integral part of the team so you will still have excellent opportunities for progression and development. You will also have the benefit of direct support from the practice to ensure that you are able to perform your duties seamlessly.

The firm is offering a competitive salary and the benefits package is very good and includes life insurance, private medical insurance, childcare vouchers and much more in addition to access to a lucrative bonus scheme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential property practitioner who is keen to enjoy a very different environment to that of a traditional private practice role and who is seeking a genuine work/life balance.

If you feel this is the right opportunity for you, at the right time, please contact us immediately for a confidential discussion. Thomas Brown 0161 961 9000 or apply now for immediate consideration.
