One of the Leading firms in the Hertfordshire and Essex counties is currently seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable team in Bishops Stortford.
Operating for over 100 years across the Hertfordshire and Essex regions, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The Commercial Property team consists of over 20 staff including the 8 Partner and 13 Solicitors.
Your role will include working within a friendly and supportive team you will be required to undertake a broad range of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to; sales and purchases, lease work, options and overages, purchasing of development land, partnership agreements and negotiating and drafting contracts.
Business development is a key part of this role, so attending networking events to build relationships with local organisations on behalf of the firm and department is essential.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm.
