Clinical Negligence Solicitor - This an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a Surrey law firm acting on behalf of the NHS providing legal services in clinical negligence, inquests, advising on regulatory matters and clinical claims. The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be self motivated, have at least 1 + years PQE with litigation experience , preferably gained with medical negligence (defendant or claimant) personal injury or insurance practice. The role offers good opportunities for advancement within the firm to include business and practice development. Salary dependent upon experience.
