An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigator to join this highly regarded, long established commercially focused law firm who are ambitious to succeed and who have a strong reputation for client care excellence across the board.

You will be joining a specialist litigation team with the expertise to solve all litigious matters and who work with clients to achieve the best possible outcome to their disputes. You will inherit a busy caseload and will be able to build and upon and develop this to your full potential.

Responsibilities:

• As the Litigator, you will deal with a mix of property, commercial and contentious probate, which includes:-
• Contract and partnership disputes
• Shareholder and commercial agents actions
• Injunctions
• Insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation actions
• Commercial property disputes
• Business tenancy renewals
• Dilapidation claims
• Party wall actions
• Forfeiture of leases

Requirements:

• You will ideally have 3+ years pqe but all applications will be considered if you are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role
• You will be passionate about all litigious matters
• You will be used to running your own caseload
• Happy to take an active role in business development and networking
