Job Details

QED Legal are working with a well-known practice with offices based in North Wales who are looking to expand their conveyancing department based in Colwyn Bay.

You will need to be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEX as you will be running a caseload.

This role will be dealing with both local & national clients. You must be able to run a full caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion as you will be working on range from standard sale & purchase to remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy, new builds, flats and help to buy matters on both freehold and leasehold matters.

The salary advertised is a guide only and dependent on experience.
