Employment Solicitor

An established firm with a national presence are looking for an experienced Employment solicitor to join the team in the Blackburn office (4 PQE+). Ideally you will have experience of both claimant and respondent matters, as well as experience with HR advisory although this isn't absolutely essential. The firm have a strong presence within the Employment law market and partner with some household names to provide HR advisory services.

The firm are looking for an Employment solicitor who ideally has experience with both claimant and respondent matters, however if your expertise lies in claimant or respondent but you have a working knowledge of the other, the firm would be happy to consider this.

The firm are highly regarded within the North West area and deal with high quality matters, they partner with household company names to provide HR consultancy services and have a strong claimant client base within the local surrounding area. They have a strong reputation for quality/professionalism and being a very good employer, with 5 offices across the NW.

The role has arisen due to an increase in workload as the firm are steadily expanding the Employment Law Department. Salary upto circa £45k (DOE) + benefits. Flexible hours are available with this role and progression into Senior Associate would be encouraged.
