Corporate/Commercial Solicitor

We are now working with a multi-site commercial law firm at their Chester office. They have a stellar reputation for providing client-focused advice to an array of SME clients across the region.

The firm is going through a sustained period of growth and is looking to recruit a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to assist in driving the business forward alongside more experienced Partner support.

The firm has a very well-connected commercial partner in Chester, and it is anticipated that the Corporate/Commercial Solicitor will work in tandem with them in providing a broad base of commercial services including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements and more general commercial drafting.

A following is not required but it is anticipated that the successful individual will be able to stand on their own two feet and be well networked and connected with future business development needs in mind.

Corporate/Commercial Solicitors fed up with working for a larger regional practice and looking to work at a law firm with genuine career progression opportunities will fit in well.

The salary bracket for this role is up to £38,000.
