Job Details
We are currently working with a widely-known and well-respected regional practice to recruit an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Due to growth of the department they are seeking a talented individual to manage the increasing workload and work as part of a successful and hard-working team. The team represents clients ranging from individuals to private companies and estates. They advise and act on rural property transactions from farm sales and purchases to agriculture related disputes.
The successful Agricultural Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of agricultural property and advisory matters. You will be comfortable working closely with a variety of clients, providing pragmatic and commercial advice. Alongside this you will play a key part within business development activities.
You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor with a PQE of 4 years + with good experience in a broad agricultural property role. You will be expected to maintain high levels of client service and should be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
