The Role:

This expert IP team specialise in helping clients to create and develop licensing, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and other IP right. This role does not include patent work.

This is a well established practice with a fantastic team of lawyers and technology specialists that cover all matters related to IP Licensing & Transactions, Audits and Due Diligence & Valuation.

This role is to be split between Data Protection, IP Advisory on trademarks, copyright etc. and Transactional IP support such as software, licensing and commercial contracts.

Their client base is wide ranging from leisure, luxury goods, fashion, food and other more specialist areas.

The team need an experienced IP Associate with ambition and drive looking to work with high profile clients on complex matters with a go getter attitude.

Requirements:

• Experienced Senior IP Associate with at least 5 years PQE.
• Experience within a recognised Intellectual property practice handling complex, challenging work.
• A good understanding of the key principles of IP law.
• Keen to do business development and able to building lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and support staff.
• Excellent academics and commercially minded.
