Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a well established practice in Staffordshire. This position would be ideally suited to an ambitious Solicitor with broad litigation experience.

You will handle a varied and stimulating civil litigation caseload. The work will include contract disputes, boundary disputes, contentious probate and property disputes. The firm will support you in further developing your client base through developing new business and networking opportunities.

You will be given a high degree of autonomy and will be expected to progress matters with minimal supervision. You will benefit from the tactical guidance of an accomplished Litigator and utilise the firm's case management system and secretarial support to work efficiently and effectively.

The salary on offer is expected to be in the region of £26,000 to £36,000.

In order to be considered for this position you must be qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years experience handling a varied litigation caseload.
