The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Court of Protection Legal Assistant to join their flourishing Private Client team in their Tunbridge Wells office, Kent.

Your work will be varied and very interesting; you will support leading, Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recognized Solicitors and Partners, who are ahead of the competition in the value and complexity of the work that they deal with. They are some of the best Court of Protection Solicitors and Partners in the region.

The firm deal with a City quality of work, but on top of this, because they are predominantly a Kent firm, they have retained an excellent focus on work life balance, and are a very flexible firm; many of their Solicitors work part time.

Your role will entail but not be limited to: working with brain injured and elderly clients and their families. You will manage your own case load, assist fee earners in the team, attend client meetings, and prepare legal documents.
