A forward thinking firm in Preston is looking for an RTA Litigation Executive to join their PI department.
Do you have some good experience handling RTA litigated files?
Are you an ambitious individual, looking for a new opportunity to have responsibility for your own caseload of files?
Do you like to work in a friendly, but hard working and driven environment?
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling cases from issuing to trial, have dealt with both fast and multi-track matters and have knowledge of liability arguments.
