You will be responsible for supporting the team in providing an HR service to employees, management and partners across the firm. You will manage the discipline, grievance and routine employee relations situations, assist with sickness absence procedures, assist with the new joiner/departure processes, participate, contribute and progress HR projects and initiatives and more.
