Are you a solicitor looking to, or already specialising, as an Agricultural Solicitor? An opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the department and as such they are looking to appoint an Agricultural Property Solicitor or an Agricultural Private Client Solicitor to join to aid the expansion.

As an Agricultural Property Solicitor in this department you will join a highly experienced senior solicitor who is a specialist in this field. You will be supporting on all aspects of rural property including the buying and selling of farms, estate management along with agricultural tenancies, and diversification projects ranging from renewable energy schemes to strategic land development.

To be considered for the Agricultural Private Client Solicitor position, you must have experience in lifetime succession planning and estate administration with a particular interest in agricultural or rural based work.  A desire to concentrate on IHT planning and asset protection is preferred.

To be considered for this Worcester based Agricultural Solicitor opportunity, you must have a strong academic and training background, technically minded, and a confident and flexible communicator. You must be able to demonstrate a strong interest in agricultural affairs.
