Job Details
Experienced Property Litigator required, city background preferred, good hourly rate with flexible hours, approximately two days a week. Work from our offices in London EC4 or agile working from home. Advising landlords on the management of property portfolios, acting for key clients in landlord and tenant disputes (debt recovery, advice on forfeiture, dilapidations). In addition, experience of dealing with residential tenants would be beneficial (s8, s21 notices, possession proceedings).
We are also recruiting partner level consultants to join our firm in all practice areas and we have a particular need for the following:
- Immigration
- Public Law and Community Care
- Commercial Conveyancing
