Enthusiastic and driven Commercial Property Fee Earner sought for a highly rated Lexcel accredited practice in Ipswich.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our client’s team at their Ipswich office. The successful candidate will be managing a diverse caseload which will cover all aspects of commercial property work.
You will be:
• Dealing with existing clients from an extensive client base but also participating in business development, bringing in work to the department.
• Handling matters such as: licences; deeds of covenant; drafting leases; landlord and tenant matters and; all aspects of conveyancing.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from experienced fee earners, solicitors or legal executives with at least 2 years’ PQE. You will also have:
• A solid understand of business development
• Proficiency in I.T.
• Solid knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Property work.
